I decided to take a drive (with camera in hand) during the snow storm over the weekend to see what I could find. It wound up being much colder and windier than I had hoped, and diffucult to shoot. I went by a few of the usual haunts to see how things looked in the snow, but wound up cutting it short when I could no longer feel my fingers.
Trying to catch the full range of motion of a pitch with a handheld lens isn’t so easy.
300mm, 1/5 sec @ f/32 (yes f/32, I must have forgotten the ISO cranked).
Some fireworks scenes from the 4th of July weekend. Most events were rain or fogged out, but we happened to catch a nice fireworks display on Firday night.
“We walked around a lake
And woke up in the rain
And everyone turned over
Troubled in their dreams again”
