The last of the pumpkins from this year’s harvest, the rest are already on their way to becoming the seeds that will grow into next years crop.
Just something, from nothing. I think it’s time to go through the archives a bit and dig up some old gems, I am currently in a bit of a slump.
An airman welcoming us to the annual Bristol Parade in Bristol, Rhode Island. The helicopter was about 500 feet up and banked about 45 degrees while he hung out and waved to the crowd below.
The copper topped Fairhaven High School in Fairhaven, Massachusetts. This school was the last public building built and donated by Henry Huttleston Rogers.

The photo above was not exactly what I was looking for, it was a bit of an accident. The “UFOs” were caused by the reflection of sodium lights just below the three peaks at the bottom of the photo. I was mainly trying to get a decent shot of the steeple with the crescent moon in the background, but as luck would have it, this one wound up coming out the best exposure and clarity-wise…so here it is.
